Pilko Bistro Bar
Pilko is more than just a relaxed, comfortable bistro where you can spend a real moment with friends, family, afterwork or aftersport.
Drinking and eating
It’s a bistro for a single beer, an aperitif, a quick bite of homemade pizza, a lovingly prepared American, a top burger or a few tapas in between.
Enjoy
It’s a bistro for sunbathing on the mega-large terrace, for sharing a game of petanque, and it’s also a bistro for watching a Champions League match.
Dance
It’s a bistro where the clock is always ticking faster than expected, because there’s great music and even a DJ on Fridays and Saturday nights.

We love short circuits, from field to fork. So we’re delighted to be part of the adventure at Ferme des Rabanisse, in Rochefort. That’s where we grow our vegetables, fruit and herbs. It’s also where we raise our own livestock.
80% of our production is currently used to supply our restaurants. You wouldn’t believe how happy we are to be able to guarantee the provenance, freshness and taste of the ingredients you enjoy in our restaurants.
