Two farms — Rabinisse and Magerotte — supply our venues with meat, vegetables, herbs, and grains, all cultivated with care and respect for life. Our farmers manage every step from soil to plate, and our artisan butchers process the products on-site in our very own butcher’s shop. No unnecessary middlemen.
