Since the foundation of Tero Bierges in 2014, our restaurants have always been paired with our farm « la Ferme des Rabanisse ». A beautiful project that « forced » our cooks to be more aware, more connected to the reality of seasons and the ground’s local specificities, which kept on challenging them since day one.
Now Bierges has a twin in Brussels, and other siblings have joined the family.
Same goes for the farm which is now joined to a second site « le Ferme des Magerotte » that focuses on cattle and pig farming and meat processing.
