CrIAtivity Team Building: Become a Music Label

“CrIAtivity” immerses your teams in the experience of a real music production studio. In just a few hours, they’ll conceive, produce, and create their own music video by combining collective creativity, artificial intelligence, and teamwork.

The “CrIAtivity” activity is a 3-hour immersive experience offered by Tero, immersing participants in the fascinating world of music and artificial intelligence. Designed for groups of fewer than 60 people, it offers a creative and enriching musical experience centered around new technologies.

The details you're going to love…

The writing

Each team draws at random a musical genre and a theme, then comes up with the lyrics for their future hit: verses, chorus, and main message.

Music Production with AI

Thanks to a dedicated artificial intelligence tool , the lyrics come to life and become a true musical creation.

Audio Editing

The song is edited to select the most impactful excerpt, the one that will become the soundtrack for the final music video.

The Artistic Direction of the Music Video

Time for the production: selecting sets, creating the storyboard, defining camera shots, and preparing the choreography.

Filming

Camera (iPad) in hand, the teams spring into action. Between playback, choreography, and improvised scenes, everyone becomes a part of the project.

Editing and Design
The clips are edited together using editing tools powered by AI to create the final clip .

The Big Show
Each team unveils its music video in front of the other participants.

The audience becomes the jury and votes to choose the hit that is the most creative, the most original, and the most memorable.

I wanted to take the time to write you a quick note after this weekend to sincerely thank you for all your help in organizing our Hélène’s bachelorette party.

Thanks to you and the Tero team, this weekend was a huge success! We had a memorable time, and Hélène was thrilled. A huge thank you also to Joffrey, who welcomed us so warmly. He was incredibly cheerful, friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish—we immediately felt we were in good hands.

We’d also like to thank the chef and the entire team who were there on Saturday evening and Sunday morning for brunch. Everyone was lovely, taking great care of us while remaining discreet and very professional. And above all… everything was absolutely delicious! We had a feast.

Finally, thanks also to Benoît and his colleague from the Rabanisse farm, who welcomed our 22 energetic girls with smiles and lots of good humor 😄 They played a huge part in creating the atmosphere and making our day a success!

In short, a huge THANK YOU to you and all the teams at Tero. Hélène’s bachelorette party was a huge success, and you clearly played a big part in that.
