Then the story continued with our cottages, our event venues, and our first sailing club. Twenty years later, nothing has changed because our foundation is strong: the joy of hospitality.

Birth of Knokke Out Zoute
Everything begins in Knokke, with the creation of Knokke Out Zoute. This place quickly becomes an iconic spot where friendliness, enjoyment, and connections blend together.

Launch of the IMMORUN
With the IMMORUN, we transformed the idea of a simple sporting event into a unique experience, where teambuilding and networking come together to create unforgettable memories.

Opening of Tero restaurants and farms
The culmination of our “farm to fork” concept: the first Tero restaurant opens its doors. More than just a place to eat, it is a true ode to nature, simplicity, and sustainable food.

Consolidation of activities: Tero Group
Brothers Nicolas and Arthur Lhoist decide to consolidate their activities under a single banner, thus unifying Tero, Knokke Out, and People First. It is at this moment that the story under the name Tero truly begins to unfold, offering an integrated experience where dining, leisure, and accommodation come together, all in exceptional locations.
