Tero is a great friend to animals! Your furry companions are therefore welcome in our rental venues in Belgium and Luxembourg. They are allowed in the common areas of our large-capacity lodges in Belgium, but not in the bedrooms.
No need to check the size of our beds. And no need to weigh down your luggage with your favorite duvet cover.
At Tero, we like to make life easier for you: all our lodges are provided with bed linen and towels. This service is included in the rental price. The kind of information that makes you smile in front of your screen. Are we wrong? 🙂

Of course—and you won’t regret it! Our chefs are used to preparing delicious meals for large groups. On the menu: simple, seasonal cuisine made with high-quality, short-supply-chain products. In other words, you’re in for a real treat!
Please note that in some of our venues, it is mandatory to use our catering service for one of the evening meals.

Depending on the formula chosen (breakfast, lunch, or dinner), several menus are offered to suit all tastes.
Specific dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, intolerances…) are of course taken into account, provided they are communicated at least one week in advance.

We operate with a deposit system. The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 50% deposit. The balance invoice will be sent after the rental and will be based on the number of guests communicated one week in advance.
Please note that a €150 security deposit will be required to use our DJ tables.
Tero Lodge Francorchamps features a swimming pool that can be made available to lodge guests.
To ensure the pool remains enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that no glassware be brought into the pool area.
A basic rule, but please remember to closely supervise children at all times. They remain entirely under your responsibility.
Last-minute changes happen! To allow us to adapt accordingly, we apply a flat-rate cancellation fee:
0% if the cancellation occurs 90 days or more before the event;
50% of the total offer amount if the cancellation occurs between 89 and 60 days before the event;
75% of the total offer amount if the cancellation occurs between 59 and 30 days before the event;
100% of the total offer amount if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event.
Yes. Most of our venues are equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles, making it easier to welcome your guests and respond to new mobility habits.
