What is the minimum group size?

Our packages are designed for groups starting from 20 people, up to several hundred depending on the venue. We adapt the program and logistics to your team size.

What if it rains on the day?

A backup plan is always in place. Both venues offer covered spaces to maintain the experience even in bad weather — without compromising the spirit of the event.

How do you handle dietary requirements and allergies?

We collect all dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, etc.) and allergies in advance. Our catering team prepares suitable alternatives for each participant, at no extra cost.

What is the recommended booking timeline?

For peak season (May to September), we recommend booking 2 to 3 months in advance. In low season, 3 to 4 weeks is often enough. Contact us to check availability.

What happens in case of cancellation?

Our cancellation terms are flexible depending on the notice period. We provide all details with your quote so everything is clear from the start.

Are the venues accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The River Woods Beach Club is fully accessible. At Foresthouse Martué, some outdoor activities may be less suitable — we then design a tailored alternative program.
