Long live short circuits
Our farm
We love short circuits, from field to fork. So we’re delighted to be part of the adventure at Ferme des Rabanisse, in Rochefort. That’s where we grow our vegetables, fruit and herbs. It’s also where we raise our own livestock.
80% of our production is currently used to supply our restaurants. You wouldn’t believe how happy we are to be able to guarantee the provenance, freshness and taste of the ingredients you enjoy in our restaurants.
Market gardening and livestock farming
While our restaurant menus have a strong vegan bias, meat and fish lovers are not left out. As proof, we raise Salers cows, fed exclusively on grass, Duroc pigs, Ardennais sheep, laying hens and beehives. Healthy, high-quality food, always with respect for animal welfare and the environment.
