Here, we like healthy, Belgian seasonal food: steamed artichokes, eggplants tatin, hummus of the day, cured meat from our farm, beef tiradito, cheesecake and almond milk ice cream…

Gourmet dishes to share: plates where our guests can stick their forks into each other’s dishes. And a setting that invites you to take a welcome break in the former studio of the Belgian symbolist artist Fernand Khnopff, in Saint-Gilles.

Our Tero is dedicated to local sustainable gastronomy. A gentle mix of tastes and colours. Each dish sublimates the seasonal ingredients, directly harvested in our Rabanisse Farm or supplied by local producers.

Although vegetarian dishes are the focus of our restaurant, we also offer a number of meat and fish options. This is the perfect address for making your taste buds tingle whilst sampling a deliciously creative gourmet meal.

Long live short supply chains

Our farm

We love short supply chains: from the field to your fork.  We are thus very happy to be part of the adventure of the Rabanisse Farm in Rochefort.  That’s where our vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown.  It’s where our livestock is raised. 

Currently, 80% of the production is being used to supply our restaurants via short supply chains.  You cannot imagine how delighted we are to be able to guarantee the origin, freshness and flavour of the ingredients you savour in the dishes offered in our restaurants.

Market gardening and livestock breeding

Our market gardener Jean-Charles and his team are patiently developing a vegetable garden in line with the principles of organic farming.

Even though the menu of our restaurants shows a propensity towards vegetarian dishes, meat and fish lovers are certainly not left out.  For example, we raise Salers cattle, fed exclusively on grass, Duroc pigs, Ardennes sheep, laying hens and we have beehives.  We provide healthy, top quality food, while always respecting animal welfare and the environment.
