In addition to other activities, our significant Impact Activity in Rochefort is in collaboration with Habeebee, a natural beekeeping project producing organic skincare products. Together, we’ve developed “BEE YOUR TEAM“ at Rabanisse farm, blending beekeeping education with team building. Participants explore colony cycles, meet bees, taste honey, and make candles, learning valuable lessons from bee organization.
An activity in which you and your teammates will put hands into the soil, while learning and doing real farm work. In a fun, dynamic, and educational activity, you will learn about the BIO way of production (organic farming practices) that we carry out at TERO farms, and take home farm products harvested by yourself. It’s about showing and sharing the way we do things, and what we believe it’s better for the environment.
In partnership with La Fresque Agri’Alim, we organize participatory workshops to understand the challenges of the agricultural and food system. Trace cause-and-effect links, discuss solutions, and gain insights into sustainable agriculture. The main objective of the activity is encouraging the exchange of ideas between participants, and help everyone discover the impact of our food and agriculturalsystem on the environment and discuss the actions to take to respond to it.
Another major innovation is teroGO, a “phygital” application designed to involve employees in meaningful causes. Tero offers a small Move to Share challenge, a 45-minute health walk to be taken during your seminar in Rochefort. To take part, all you have to do is activate the challenge on a cell phone with a Tero coordinator. And do you know the best part? All the funds raised by this initiative will be used to donate a day of teambuilding with Tero to an association for disabled people who don’t have access to these pleasures. What’s more, this approach fosters cooperation and strengthens social commitment within the team. What could be better?
