Tero is a great animal lover! Your furry friends are therefore welcome at our rental accommodation in Belgium and Luxembourg. They are welcome in the common rooms of our large gites in Belgium, but not in the bedrooms.
Our gites are designed for large groups and have all the necessary comforts: comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, fitted sheets, sanitary facilities in the rooms, games for a relaxing moment…
However, our charming gites are not equipped for a stay with very young children.
We provide all the necessary equipment for your meetings: screen, beamer, flipchart, Wi-Fi and microphone at all locations…
Of course, and you won’t regret it! Our chefs are used to preparing gourmet meals for large groups. On the menu: simple seasonal cuisine, made from top quality products coming from short supply chains. Suffice to say, you are in for a treat!
Do take note that in some of the charming gites, it is even compulsory to use our catering services for one of the evening meals. This is the case at Tero Lodge Jalhay (with the exception of Nano and Hamo), Tero Lodge Francorchamps and Tero Lodge Ster. And who is it that deserves our heartfelt thanks for delivering us from the chores of preparing a meal for a large group?
Depending on whether it is a breakfast, lunch or dinner formula, we offer several menu choices, at different prices. We are, of course, attentive to your specific needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.). Kindly let us know these details at least one week in advance.
Cleaning is included in the rental of our party rooms and seminar or conference rooms.
In our gites, we offer housekeeping services at €20/hour. This option is compulsory for large groups.
We operate on a deposit system. The confirmation of the reservation is made by paying a deposit of 50%. The invoice for the balance will be sent to you on completion of the rental period. It will be based on the number of persons you have indicated one week in advance.
Please note that a guarantee of €150 is required to use our DJ tables.
We hope to be able to give you a positive response in the near future, as many of you have asked us if it is possible to recharge your electric vehicles. Unfortunately, this is not yet the case for our seminar rooms and gites located in Belgium.
There is no standard answer to this question; everything depends on the groups and the availability of the rented venue. The exact availability of your rental location should be checked with the sales representative in charge of your file.

The good news is that most of our rental spaces have large capacity accommodation and can accommodate large groups. Moreover, they are often located close to each other, so that everyone can be spread out over different locations.

Of course! There’s nothing like a visit to the site to get a feel for the place, appreciate the surrounding nature and realise the potential of our large capacity gites.
Contact us! One of our team members will be delighted to show you the accommodation of your choice, as well as the different rental rooms, and see how we can satisfy all your wishes, whether you are organising a professional or private event, such as a wedding or a birthday party.
This will be the first opportunity to discuss the organisation of your event and all the practical considerations, such as catering and decoration elements.
The availability of our gites for rent is not displayed online.
The reason for this is simple: our team prefers to work hard to find exactly the right accommodation that corresponds to your wishes.
If the object of your desire is unfortunately not available, you can count on our team to find you a wonderful plan B: another date, another place, another concept… a flexibility that an online booking system cannot offer.
Of course you can! If we receive another request for the date under option, we will contact you and ask you to give us a definitive answer within 48 hours.
Nothing beats direct contact by email, telephone or via our contact form. Tell us everything! Where would you like to go? When would you like to go? And how many people will there be? Can we help you with catering? Or with the organisation of a professional event (seminar, getting back to nature, product launch, team building…) or a private event (birthday, wedding, family party…)?

We will send you a complete proposal (description, terms and conditions, rates…) for the rental of the venue and the services on offer.
No need to enquire about the dimensions of our beds. Nor do you need to carry any excess baggage by bringing your favourite duvet cover with you.
At Tero, we like to make life easier for you: all our gites have their own sheets and towels. This service is included in the rental price. Isn’t this the kind of information that makes you feel pleased when viewing your screen? We must be right ☺
Tero Lodge Francorchamps (formerly La Kolline) has a swimming pool, which can be used by the tenants of the gite in Francorchamps.
In order to keep the pool pleasant for everyone, we ask you not to bring glasses to the pool area.
This is a basic rule, but do not forget to keep an eye on the youngest guests. You are fully responsible for them.
