With our Team Training activity, your team will be asked to interact with each other to accomplish small, unusual or practical tasks, taking into account the external elements imposed. After each mission, a coach will debrief you on the good and less good aspects of the mission.
This is an opportunity to bring an outside perspective to your team’s performance; of course, always from the point of view of constructive learning. At the end of this team building activity, the coach will also explain the key parameters of operating effectively as a team, according to a defined analysis grid.
Good news: depending on the location and the weather (thanks Belgium), this activity with colleagues can also take place at an indoor venue. It is also an ideal ice breaker for integrating new members into a team.
