With teroGO, we offer challenges to all employees throughout the year.
The experience unfolds in three stages.
- First, the announcement of the challenge where you commit to completing a challenge together, (such as cycling around Belgium in 6 weeks).
- Then, employees take part in the challenge at their own pace, choosing their favorite sport for a few weeks or months.
- Finally, gather to celebrate the success of the challenge!
